Conduct

Harassment, threats, bullying, and hate speech are forbidden.
Hateful slurs (e.g., N-word, Fa-word) will result in immediate ban.
Respect other's religious beliefs.
Don't be overly sexual in chat.
Inappropriate conduct or interactions with minors will result in permanent ban.
Building inappropriate structures (e.g., genitals, swastikas) is bannable.
Do not impersonate staff or other players.
Scamming other players is illegal.
Advertising other servers is forbidden.
Any attempts to threaten, blackmail, or extort the server or members on it will result in a permanent ban.
Do not ask to become staff
Auction listings that are misleading, severely overpriced, advertise, or posted without the intent to be sold will be removed.

Free cam is permitted for taking screenshots and recording YouTube Videos. It is not permitted for finding caves or hidden items.

Griefing town claims or anywhere within 3 chunks of a town claim's border is bannable.
Unclaimed land is fair game to raid/steal from, but do not needlessly destroy builds.
- For example, stealing gold blocks out of a build and emptying the chests is legal. Needlessly flattening the build or dumping lava on it, even if it is in wilderness, is not legal.
- If you plan to repurpose the land, you are permitted to remove an old build. We just don't want historical builds destroyed for no reason.
Joining a town to grief or steal from it is an immediate permanent ban
Mayors hold authority over their towns. Follow their town rules and build guidelines.
Don't raid someone who plans to claim their build soon. Veteran players have 48 hours to claim a new build. New players have a 1 week grace period to claim their builds.
If a town is deleted from overclaim cost, the owner has a 24 hour grace period to reclaim it. If a town is deleted from inactivity, there is no grace period. Towns automatically delete after 3 months of inactivity.
Claiming near a town to prevent expansion is forbidden.
Do not purposefully destroy the main world. We do not reset, so we want to keep it nice. Destructive actions such as training excavation, giant pits, etc. must take place in the resource world.
If someone griefs or steals from you, contact staff. We keep logs of everything.

No third party trading
Do not intentionally cause server lag (e.g., chunk loaders, large redstone builds, etc.).
Report illegal activities to staff. Failure to report illegal activity can get you in trouble too. Reports are anonymous.
Paypal chargeback or any other refund action on donations will result in a permanent ban.
No exploring the superflat staff world.
